This was a garage renovation with an inlay apartment transformation. It now features an open floor plan at the second level and new efficiency kitchen. The downstairs wall was opened to add and outdoor entertainment area.

This was a 16x30 foot dining / living area with a full basement and storage area added below. Our aim was to keep as much of the open view as possible. The construction was joined to the exitisting deck.

 

 

Complete Kitchen Renovation

After removing two interior walls (one of which was a former exterior wall adjoining a back porch), We were able to keep the load bearing beams located above the new ceiling level. The old porch and former butler's pantry were reused in the finished kitchen space. We relocated and installed new windows and exterior doors, as well as upgrading the R value to all insulated areas.

 

 

 

 

Garage and Patio Addition

A detached garage with new patio seating area with a workshop. We reworked the existing back porch for a screened sitting area and matched the existing construction to avoid the "added on" look.

 

 

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel

Added triple crown molding throughout, rebuilt an existing double sided fireplace with a new mantle and stone veneer and rebuilt the window wall overlooking the lake. We also painted all walls ,ceilings and woodwork
