Tim Swafford was born and raised in the Chattanooga area and received an Associates Degree at Cleveland State College in Architectural Technology and was an Architectural Drafter for 5 years. Swafford Construction was started more or less from a garage with no more than 5 employees, and since 1985, Swafford Construction has grown into a noted local remodel and renovation company. Certified Graduate Remodeler
